1. ADJ If you describe something as untidy, you mean that it is not neat or well arranged. (某处)不干净的; 不整齐的; 这个地方很快变得不整洁了。; ...一个瘦瘦的头发凌乱的男人。
The place quickly became untidy.
2. ADJ If you describe a person asuntidy,you mean that they do not care about whether things are neat and well arranged, for example in their house. (某人)邋遢的; 我特别邋遢。
