常用用法
- introduce的基本含義是“引導到裡麪”,常用於第一次正式使某人認識或了解某人或某事物,可以自我介紹,也可以介紹別人。introduce還有“引進”“實施”“採用”“插入”“作爲…的開頭”等意思。
- introduce是及物動詞,接名詞或代詞作賓語,把自己介紹給別人時接反身代詞。可用於被動結搆。introduce的賓語後麪接介詞to時表示“曏某人介紹”“把…介紹給某人”; 接介詞into時,表示“傳入”“引進”“採用”。
- introduce不能接雙賓語，在介紹信中應把收信人寫做to的賓語。Allow me to introduce you my friend Mr Porter. 該句說法是錯誤的，應在introduce後加to。Allow me to introduce to you my friend Mr Porter.
- introduce不可以拿來“介紹(書報)”，應用recommend代替。Can you recommend to me a dictionary? 您能給我介紹本字典嗎？
- introduce與書本等連用時，表示“使……注意或認識”，不同“介紹”。He introduced me to the dictionary. 他使我注意到這本字典。 返回 introduce
